8/9/2012 · We replaced several aging switches a few weeks ago with 3 Cisco SG200-50 switches. Everything was peachy until a couple days ago when people started getting randomly dropped from the network and logons were taking forever.
1/27/2017 · My ATV had a static IP address assignment via my DHCP server. After other reports of similar issues, I deleted the DHCP entry on the server and manually assigned the IP address and network settinga on the ATV in an address range outside my DHCP pool.

Already did that and it was on its own and not connected to another switch. I initially plugged in a spg 300 series with this same result, i thought it was not compatible with the UC560 systems, so i got another switch, this time an ESW 520 series switch, it whole network came down and i thought it was the UC560, we just eliminated that box this morning and noticed this from the switch.
