Emotional Intelligence. Course Description. This half-day class will introduce participants to the concept of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and the 6 Seconds EQ Model. Participants will have the opportunity to explore how their feelings and responses to those feelings influence and impact their work, relationships and life. Learning Objectives.
